Eligibility Criteria

Startups or Entrepreneurs

With a product, service, or technology beyond the conceptual stage, demonstrating commercial viability and on the pathway to commercialisation. 

Researchers or Research Institutions

With new technologies or solutions applicable to the METS, Defence, Space, or Manufacturing sectors, accompanied by a clear plan for market entry.

Innovators

With a prototype, proof of concept, or a minimum viable product (MVP) that demonstrates commercial potential. 

Zone Description

The Innovation Zone will house 24 desks, providing each participant a dedicated space to display their innovations. It will also include a activation area for the lead sponsor to engage attendees and to facilitate networking and discussions. 

Situated on the main exhibition floor, this dedicated space will attract significant foot traffic, ensuring your innovations are showcased to industry leaders, investors, and peers.

Application Process

1. Application 

Interested applicants can apply through the GRX26 website. You will be required to provide detailed information about your innovation, including its current stage and potential impact on the industry.

All applications must be received before 6 February 2026

2. Selection

A panel will review all applications to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.  

Successful applicants will be notified with further instructions on payment, completion of an Innovation Zone exhibitor contract, all other logistics and information related to timing and setup. 

Unsuccessful applicants will also be notified. 

3. Payment

Upon approval of your application, a participation agreement and invoice will be provided for signing and payment.
