Empowering the Next Generation of Industry Leaders

The BMA Future Leaders Program supports high-potential students by providing exclusive opportunities to engage with GRX25 and the broader industry:

Full access to GRX25, including key sessions and networking events.
Exclusive career development opportunities, including mentorship, career workshops and networking support.
A guided conference experience, ensuring students maximize their learning and industry connections.

Future Leaders will participate in tailored activities, including networking with industry leaders, structured mentoring, and post-conference career support.

Eligibility:

Open to students from diverse backgrounds, with a focus on supporting underrepresented groups, including female students and those from regional or disadvantaged backgrounds.

Selection Process:

Students will be chosen from the pool of applicants based on merit and alignment with the program’s objectives.

Applications are open until Tuesday 29 April, 5pm.

Criteria:

Open to students from all disciplines with an interest in the resources sector.

Applicants should demonstrate leadership potential and a keen interest in industry engagement.

The program covers full conference registration but does not include flights or accommodation.
