We invite each exhibitor and sponsor to nominate two mining company executives/clients* to receive a complimentary VIP delegate pass to attend GRX25.

Simply complete the form below by 12 May 2025 to be considered.

Upon receipt of these names, the organisers will send an invitation to each prospective VIP delegate noting your companies' nomination of them.

* The GRX25 organisers reserve the right to check the credentials of each nomination to ensure they meet the criteria of being an executive of an Australian mining company.
