Excellence in Resources by a New Professional Award
The Excellence in Resources by a New Professional Award is open to professionals within the first five years of their resources career.
This Award will be presented to a new professional in the mining or METS sector who has delivered an initiative, project or innovation that is making a meaningful and positive impact in their organisation, their community or the broader resources sector.
Women in STEM and Resources Impact Award
The Women in STEM and Resources Impact Award is open to women at any career stage studying or working in STEM.
The Award will be presented to the woman who best demonstrates a meaningful impact through innovation, leadership, or advocacy, creating positive outcomes for their organisation, community, or the broader resources sector.
Exceptional Collaboration in Mining Award
The Exceptional Collaboration Award recognises outstanding collaboration between mining organisations and METS companies that delivers measurable impact and meaningful change across the mining industry. It celebrates partnerships that bring together industry expertise, technology and innovation to address real operational challenges and achieve improvements in areas such as productivity, safety, sustainability or operational performance.

The Champion of Innovation Award recognises an individual who has made a transformative and sustained contribution to innovation within the mining and METS sector.
