The GRX Industry Awards celebrate excellence, innovation, and leadership across the resources and mining sectors. Recognising organisations and individuals driving meaningful impact, these prestigious awards highlight individuals and organisations leading the way in the resources industry, celebrating innovation, impactful solutions, and success.

This year we're excited to share there are now six award categories. The GRX Industry Awards have evolved to include an exciting new category, Women in STEM and Resources Impact Award, recognising women who are creating meaningful impact through innovation, leadership, or advocacy across the resources sector.

Craig Senger Excellence in Export Award

The Craig Senger Excellence in Export Award recognises outstanding performance, innovation, and impact in developing and sustaining international markets. The award celebrates both established and emerging exporters that demonstrate strategic thinking, resilience, and measurable outcomes relative to their scale and stage of export development.

This award celebrates companies that demonstrate originality, practical application, and meaningful contribution to the advancement of the METS sector and the broader mining value chain, both in Australia and internationally.

Excellence in Resources by a New Professional Award

The Excellence in Resources by a New Professional Award is open to professionals within the first five years of their resources career.

This Award will be presented to a new professional in the mining or METS sector who has delivered an initiative, project or innovation that is making a meaningful and positive impact in their organisation, their community or the broader resources sector.

It is open to mining organisations or collaborative partnerships between mining companies and METS organisations that demonstrate how innovation drives meaningful change in operational performance, sustainability, productivity, or safety.
