Tomer is an experienced technology startup builder, angel investor, and business growth strategist with 20+ years of experience founding, managing, and advising technology companies across Industry 4.0, Mining, Fintech, Insurtech, Retail-tech, and Intelligence sectors.

He serves as the Chief Business Officer at Razor Labs (TLV:RZR), a leading AI company delivering predictive maintenance solutions for industrial and mining operations. In his role, Tomer focuses on driving global growth and helping organizations translate AI capabilities into measurable operational outcomes.

Previously, Tomer served as Chief Business Officer at Endor, an MIT spinoff AI company that raised over $50M to deliver predictive analytics solutions.

He also held executive leadership roles at Voyager Labs, an AI company that raised over $100M, and at Sapiens (NASDAQ: SPNS), where he led North America as part of a global transformation. He co-founded Sapiens DECISION, a business decision management spinoff serving global financial institutions.

Tomer is a Council Member at The Digital Economist, contributing to initiatives focused on applying AI to address global challenges.

He is an angel investor and mentor for various startups in Fintech, Intelligence, Prop-Tech, and Agri/Food Tech.

Mr. Srulevich is an Alumnus of Harvard Business School and a Computer Science graduate from Reichman University.
