Tea is the CEO and Founder of 2M Language Services, specialising in secure Language-AI and human technical translation & interpreting into 200+ languages for Mining and METS. An Adjunct Associate Professor at UQ and fluent in five languages, Tea brings extensive expertise in International Trade, First Nations engagement, and promoting inclusivity across industries.

Tea has been a Non-Executive Director since 2024. She is on the Strategy Committee and the Membership Committee.
