Currently serving as General Manager Load and Haul at Weir ESCO, Sean has been a dynamic presence in the mining industry since 2012.  Transitioning from institutional banking where he analyzed portfolios across the industrial sector, Sean embarked on his mining journey with ESCO as a Marketing Manager for Australasia.

Over the years, Sean has demonstrated leadership and innovation through various roles, including Commercial Product Manager and Regional Manager for Queensland and PNG. His extensive background is complemented by an MBA and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and International Business, equipping him with deep expertise in corporate development and sustainability strategies.

Today, Sean's focus lies in leveraging cutting-edge technology to optimize mining operations. By conducting Load & Haul Studies, Sean and the Weir team aim to transform data into actionable insights, identifying opportunities to enhance the efficiency of extraction processes. With an emphasis on sustainable solutions, he is committed to helping customers achieve measurable improvements that align with environmental stewardship and long-term value creation.
