Sarah Jones
Sarah Jones GAICD is the Director of Harp Integrity Solutions, a boutique consultancy built on the belief that when People, Process, and System are brought into tune, workplaces become safer and healthier for everyone. She is driven by creating environments where people feel safe, respected, and able to thrive, and through Harp Integrity she partners with organisations to design and implement practical frameworks that meaningfully reduce organisational risk.
Sarah has spent much of her career in the mining and mining services industries, working where psychosocial risk manifests in real impacts to people and organisational systems are tested. Her senior global roles include Chief Business Conduct Officer at Rio Tinto, Head of Ethics & Investigations at BHP, and Global Counsel for Safety, Health and Environment at Orica.
Across these roles, she has led whistleblower and Speak Up programs and built global support services for people impacted by sexual harassment and assault, racism, bullying and harassment, and other harmful behaviours. She has also designed trauma‑informed investigation and resolution frameworks and delivered restorative engagement programs, strengthening trust, transparency, and the organisation’s learning loop.
