Sagar is an Industry Consultant and Solution Architect with over 14 years of experience delivering digital transformation programs using MES, MOM across global mining and manufacturing operations. He specialises in helping organisations modernise operational processes through Connected Operations and IT–OT integration. His experience spans end-to-end operational and execution systems across discrete manufacturing facilities and multi-commodity mining operations.
Sagar has led cross-functional implementations focused on material tracking, stockpile management, and operational reconciliation. Based in Singapore, he advises and supports regional organisations in digital strategy, deployment, and solution execution.
