He has held key roles in operations, training, project delivery, and production engineering, supporting the implementation of autonomous haulage systems across Western Australia and Queensland. Richard’s expertise includes autonomous operations, system implementation, risk management, operational optimisation, and training design. He brings a practical, site-driven perspective, underpinned by strong technical capability, extensive real world experience and a strong safety stance to deliver value to the autonomous haulage industry.
