Paul Lucey
Paul is the founder and Chief Engineer of 412 Drive Technologies and a recognised leader in mining technology with more than 35 years of experience across fleet electrification, autonomous systems, and energy transition. His career spans senior executive roles including VP Technology at Gold Fields and Executive Chair of RoboWest, where he drove large-scale technology adoption across some of Australia's most demanding mining operations.
