Nicole La Galia is a senior global people leader with more than 25 years’ experience delivering complex organisational and workforce transformation across APAC, the Americas, Africa and Europe. Specialising in the resources sector, she has created, coached and led multi-region teams, established global mobility programs, developed tailored ER/IR strategies for remote and domestic operations, whilst implementing robust people governance and operating frameworks.

As Group People & Culture Manager at Byrnecut Group, Nicole drives culture, enhances the employee experience, and supports the development of high-performing, diverse and inclusive teams.

Nicole holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Murdoch University, certifications in People Analytics and Managing Social and Human Capital from Wharton Business School, a Certificate in Business Mandarin from the Singapore Chinese Chamber Institute of Business and is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.
