Michelle McAullay is a proud and passionate Yamitji Nhanda woman from the mid coastal region of Western Australia.  She joined Byrnecut in 2015 as General Manager and Indigenous Business leader for BOAB.

Michelle’s extensive career, at Management level has been in Federal Government, Local Government,   Law, Finance,  Building and Construction, Property Settlements and Non-for profit organisations. 

Her passion is to collaborate to promote Indigenous participation and ensure successful outcomes.

Michelle has maintained her focus of improving the quality of life for First Nations people.  As a strong role model she has implemented comprehensive and successful Indigenous Training and Employment pathways and has promoted the importance of healthy lifestyle choices. 

Her mission is to improve the outlook for Indigenous Australians by working together to reduce the gap between Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal people in our society.
