Throughout his diverse 40 year career, Mark has held positions with various organisations including Alcoa,  WMC, BHP, Rio Tinto, Clyde Industries, Downer, Snowden, Optiro and numerous public and private companies. His experience spans operational, management and board roles.

Currently, Mark’s primary focus is on mining company mergers and acquisitions. However, he has a longstanding track record of championing and implementing innovative practices within the mining industry.

Mark is an internationally recognised professional engineer, a member of Engineers Australia, and a Fellow of the AusIMM. He has dedicated 14 years to the development of the METS sector, serving as Director, Deputy Chair, and Chair of Austmine for 14 years. His contributions were recognised with Austmine lifetime membership in 2023
