Lalita Arora
2025 MiEX Participant
Lalita Arora is a motivated Mining Engineering student at Curtin University with a strong passion for the future of the mining and resources sector and developing innovative, sustainable mining solutions. She has gained industry experience through the Minerals Industry Experience (MiEX) program and a Mining Engineering vacation internship with Rio Tinto in the Pilbara. Lalita is a recipient of the WA Mining Club Industry Scholarship and is actively involved in the WA Mining Club and AusIMM. She is also passionate about community engagement, tutoring students and volunteering in STEM outreach programs.
