Jodi Wright (FAusIMM, CP(Min), GAICD) is Manager Global Governance & Capability in BHP’s Resource Centre of Excellence, where she leads enterprise‑wide governance, assurance and capability frameworks aligned to Planning and Technical Group Risks. With more than 25 years of Australian and international experience across corporate, operational and consulting environments, Jodi brings deep expertise in mine planning, risk governance and workforce capability across the mining value chain.

As BHP’s Global Career Segment Owner for Geoscience and Resource Engineering, Jodi shapes strategic workforce planning and capability uplift across complex systems, partnering closely with assets, industry, academia and professional bodies. She was a key architect of the Minerals Industry Experience (MiEX) program—an innovative, cross‑industry collaboration designed to attract and inspire the next generation of mining talent through immersive exposure to modern, technology‑enabled mining.
