Geeta Thakorlal is part of the Technology Leadership Team (TLT) and Minerals Australia Leadership Team (MauLT) as Vice President, Technology.  Geeta is a transformational executive leader within the energy and resource sectors who brings more than 30 years of experience leading operations, technology integration, digital transformation and innovation. She has experience across IT, security, data, digital, and emerging technologies such as Generative AI, as well as regional and global roles in risk management and complex technology deployment. Geeta has worked across Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia and the United States in senior operational (P&L) and consulting roles.

Geeta is passionate about learning, collaborating, and empowering others to achieve excellence. She has won multiple awards for her leadership and advocacy for women in industry in the US and Australia.
