Duncan Hickman is Business Manager at Mipac, based in Brisbane, where he leads the growth of core SaaS applications built on more than 25 years of process control and engineering expertise for the global resources sector. He works with mining and METS clients to solve complex operational challenges, delivering digital solutions that lift productivity, cut costs and optimise performance across the value chain.

​Over the past decade, Duncan has held senior growth and partnership roles with technology and SaaS companies, giving him a broad perspective across energy, sustainability, risk analysis and resources. He has a track record of building strategic partnerships, co‑creating new products – including a patented automated solar evaluation tool – and bringing quantitative decision-making and data-driven innovation into real-world operations.
