Ashley Lee is Manager, Joint Ventures and Special Projects at PLS, managing PLS' interests in the PLS–POSCO joint venture for a lithium hydroxide facility in South Korea. With dual qualifications in engineering and law, and experience across oil and gas, lithium mining and downstream refining, Ashley brings a practical, end-to-end perspective on building resilient critical minerals supply chains. Fluent in Korean, she works closely across Australia–Korea partnerships, navigating the commercial and cultural dynamics that underpin supply chain sovereignty in the battery materials sector.
