Coming from a laboratory operations background, Ardyan has led the implementation of digital systems within laboratory environments and extended those learnings into broader operational workflows. With a strong focus on disciplined execution, leadership cadence, and data-driven decision-making, he has been actively involved in embedding digital tools that improve task visibility, accountability, and performance consistency. His work strengthens data integrity and enables real-time operational insight to support continuous improvement and optimisation outcomes.
