Annette Henry (BInfTech, MBIT, GAICD) is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Libero AI, a n IBM Silver Partner focused on AI solutions for heavy industry. She brings over 30 years of experience in technology leadership and business strategy, with a career spanning software development, digital transformation and enterprise-scale solution delivery for large corporations and government.

Annette has held CEO and Executive General Manager positions in technology businesses serving asset-intensive industries, where she built and scaled software solution practices, led successful acquisition outcomes, and established strategic partnerships with global technology leaders.

At Libero AI, Annette leads the commercialisation of CaNeTA, a causal risk intelligence capability developed in partnership with The University of Queensland and delivered on IBM's watsonx platform. CaNeTA maps how risks propagate and connect across operations, giving safety and risk professionals visibility that traditional tools miss.
