EcoHoist is a reinvented bucket elevator for ore haulage in underground mines. It runs on electricity, helping mines to decarbonise. It uses two small diameter raises instead of a large mine shaft like a skip hoist, dramatically reducing the capital cost and lowering the barrier for mines to adopt efficient vertical material transport.
