Transforming Mine Site Leadership: An Evidence Based Program to Equip Emerging Leaders for Complex People Challenges
Every mining company promotes its best technically proficient operators into leadership without the preparation or support required to manage and lead people effectively. This transition often exposes capability gaps in communication, self-management and decision making – areas that directly influence team safety, engagement and performance.
This workshop brings together key knowledge from SANO Health’s Supervisor Leadership Program which addresses this challenge by providing a structured, evidence-based pathway for emerging and existing leaders to develop mindset, tools and confidence to lead in complex operational environments. Working together with the Byrnecut Group, this program reveals what an integrated, enterprise-wide response to the underground leadership gap actually looks like and how to build one.
Through facilitated exercises and real operator case studies, participants won't just hear about SANO & Byrnecut's approach, they'll stress-test it against their own operations and leave with a practical leadership transition toolkit they can deploy within 30 days.
